We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Community Outreach Assistant to support our growing marketing and events team. Key Responsibilities

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will help bridge the gap between brands and communities through outreach initiatives and live events. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of community outreach programs
• Representing client brands at public events, building positive relationships with attendees
• Helping coordinate promotional events to ensure smooth execution and strong audience engagement
• Monitoring campaign performance and collecting feedback for improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and outreach goals
• Serving as a professional, approachable brand ambassador
• Completing administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting , and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A team-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in community outreach and marketing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Previous experience in event planning, outreach, customer service , or marketing is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
