HR & TA Specialist

• Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a well-established and innovative real estate company that employs 400 people to hire an HR & TA Specialist to support their team. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be a key player in their talent strategy. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is an experienced partner to hiring managers.

A day in the life:

• Manage ATS applicant flow, screening for fit with regional hiring needs and sharing qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Provide guidance on acceptable hiring practices to managers
• Facilitate pre-employment screenings, including background checks
• Assist with job advertisements and postings
• Generate and distribute offer letter packets to candidates
• Attend local university and college career fairs to support talent pipeline
• Support other HR functions, including co-managing benefits, payroll, and employee relations

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 2+ years in talent acquisition and human resources
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred
• Payroll experience highly desired
• Hospitality industry background preferred
• Results-driven with a customer service mindset

Compensation and Benefits : $65,000-$70,000 annually with benefits including healthcare insurance, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and more!
