What You'll Do

Ensure consistent maintenance and conduct inspections on various machines and equipment.
Identify and repair issues within mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Engage in preventive maintenance to curb downtime and enhance performance efficiency.
Keep thorough records of maintenance activities and document any anomalies.
Work closely with production teams to diagnose and fix equipment-related challenges.
Aid in setting up new equipment and machinery installations.
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a tidy working space.
Engage in skill-enhancing training and workshops.

What We're Looking For

Completion of high school or equivalent; a technical degree or certification is an advantage.
Experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic frameworks.
Decoded proficiency in reading technical documents and diagrams.
Strong ability to solve intricate problems and a high attention to detail.
Adept at working solo or collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to adapt to various shifts and overtime scheduling.
Clear communication skills with an unwavering dedication to safety protocols.

This position involves a 12-hour Rotating Night Shift.

Expectations include proficiency in:

Repairing heavy-duty machinery
Troubleshooting mechanical complexities
Managing voltage systems (120/208/240/480)
Electrical problem-solving and repair work
Inspecting machine safety standards

You will be working with technologies like:

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Conveyor systems
Servo motors
